Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, issuing transportation documents, recording services, and providing administrative and commercial support to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintenance of updated records and organization. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide service to customers, service providers, and commercial partners. * Issue **CT\-es** and other necessary transportation documents. * Record services in the company's automation system. * Answer telephone calls and route internal and external requests. * Support the account manager in administrative and commercial routines. * Maintain updated and organized records in the system. * Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is desirable). * Prior experience in administrative or commercial roles, preferably in freight transport companies or logistics firms. * Basic knowledge of commercial automation systems. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Fixed salary: R$ 1\.600,00 \+ Commissions * Meal allowance: R$ 660,00 (per month); Food basket: R$ 150,00 (per month); * Transportation allowance/fuel allowance: R$215,60 (per month); * Health insurance; * Life insurance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Pay: R$1\.600,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Selection question(s): * Do you have experience in vehicle resales?
