Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing and organizing inventory, verifying products, distributing materials, and conducting inventory control, ensuring traceability and organization. Stock replenishment planning and monitoring **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**: * Receiving and verifying the quantity and quality of incoming products and materials; * Labeling materials and recording entries in inventory management systems; * Distributing materials according to internal company demands; * Conducting inventories of assets, materials, and tools; * Maintaining an organized, clean, and up-to-date inventory; * Planning and monitoring stock replenishment via the system; * Verifying, issuing, and processing fiscal invoices; * Controlling tool issuance and returns, ensuring traceability and organization; * Initiating purchase requests (PR) and tracking related processes. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Knowledge of inventory control and organization; * Proficiency with management tools and systems; * Prior experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics is considered a plus; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; proactive, disciplined, and committed profile; * Good teamwork ability and adherence to deadlines; * Knowledge of administrative routines and material control is considered a plus. **BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US:** * Monthly Food Allowance of BRL 800.00, usable at your discretion; * Daily Breakfast Allowance of BRL 7.00; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Fuel allowance of BRL 300.00; * Pharmacy card: Excard worth BRL 300.00 (deducted from payroll upon use); * Life insurance; * Benefits club: Salary Fits; * Gym benefit: Total Pass.
