We value a human-centered, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your missions will be to safeguard our culture. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver swimming lessons according to the unit’s schedule; * Assess students’ technical levels and propose appropriate progressions for each learning stage; * Ensure practitioners’ safety by continuously monitoring the aquatic environment and implementing preventive measures; * Develop lesson plans, recording attendance, progress, and each student’s specific needs; * Correct techniques and postures clearly, using demonstrations and individualized feedback; * Comply with—and enforce—pool safety and hygiene regulations; * Organize and maintain aquatic equipment (e.g., kickboards, flotation devices, flippers, etc.). * Welcome students and their families, maintaining clear, respectful, and professional communication; * Support the pedagogical team in assessments, events, and special activities. Requirements: * Degree in Physical Education; * Active CREF registration; * Desired (but not mandatory): certifications in first aid, CPR, or specialized aquatic training.
