**Job Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate actions of the Quality Management Program (internal process and infrastructure audits);
* Participate in the development of the Quality Management Program and collaborate in developing quality tools, aligning with established objectives, indicators, and targets;
* Participate in the development and implementation of the Risk Management Program and monitor institutional committees;
* Stay updated on quality management knowledge by attending lectures, events, site visits, and conferences;
* Participate in studies and evaluations for acquisition, development, and implementation of software to computerize the Quality Management System;
* Participate in the development and maintenance of the Quality Management Manual;
* Participate in the development and maintenance of Quality records documentation;;
* Participate in the development, maintenance, and application of Institutional Standards, Routines, and Procedures Manuals;
* Conduct studies through collection and analysis of data related to institutional management (monitoring and handling of nonconformities);;
* Conduct on-the-job training;
* Participate in developing performance indicators for various institutional departments and their integration into control systems for adverse situation training;
* Monitor and guide the supplier qualification and evaluation process;
* Provide technical advisory support to the Quality Management Department;
* Provide instruction and supervision to academic trainees in the quality department;
**Requirements:**
Completed undergraduate degree;
Active registration with the relevant professional council;
Prior experience in this role;
Experience in ONA and JCI audits will be considered a plus;
