Opportunity for learning and professional growth **Camarada Camarão**, a reference in seafood gastronomy and hospitality, is seeking an **Operational Apprentice** to support restaurant routines and develop professional skills in a welcoming and dynamic environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist with restaurant operational routines, providing support to front-of-house, kitchen, or support teams; * Help organize workspaces, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness; * Contribute to basic customer service when needed, always prioritizing courtesy; * Assist in receiving, verifying, and organizing ingredients, utensils, or materials; * Follow leadership instructions and participate in theoretical and practical activities of the apprenticeship program; * Maintain a professional attitude, responsibility, and commitment to continuous development; * Comply with safety, hygiene, and internal best practice standards. **Requirements** * Age between 18 and 24 years, per current legislation governing Apprentices; * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; * Interest in learning and growing professionally within the operational area; * Proactivity, organization, and good communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to fulfill the apprenticeship program’s scheduled working hours. **Benefits** * Birthday Day Off: Paid time off to celebrate your special day. * On-site Dining Room: Meals provided by us for employees!
