**Responsibilities and Duties**
Assist students regarding financial, academic, or general inquiries;
Review documents for scholarship allocation;
Print documents and invoices;
Conduct financial negotiations;
Perform student retention activities;
Handle enrollments;
Direct students to digital channels.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Desired experience:
Customer service and/or telemarketing
Required academic qualification:
Completed High School education.
Additionally, it is important to demonstrate:
Strong communication skills;
Active listening;
Effective negotiation and retention argumentation;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
