Join the \#teamblue Commercial Operator position \- Cariacica/ES region: Are you passionate about sales, enjoy being outdoors, interacting with people, and closing great deals? Main Responsibilities: Responsible for prospecting, training, and retaining banking correspondents (legal entities), operating in areas of interest to the company. Primary objective is to continuously drive financing business generation between individual customers referred by these correspondents and the company, directly contributing to increased profitability. Requirements: * Resident of Greater Vitória or fully available to relocate; * Valid driver's license (CNH) required; * Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in customer service, sales, and prospecting new clients, with a track record of meeting quality targets and results; * Experience managing a customer portfolio; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Communication and negotiation skills; Working Hours: 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday, with a 15-minute break).
