**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Manage absences by identifying causes, effects, and risk factors to propose corrective measures;
* Monitor proposed measures by evaluating absence indicators to assess the effectiveness of implemented control measures; conduct occupational medical consultations;
* Develop and coordinate the Occupational Medical Health Program (PCMSO) for FINDES and its affiliated entities;
* Provide medical management of the health plan offered to FINDES and its affiliated entities’ employees to evaluate utilization and service delivery;
* Conduct medical analysis of accidents occurring at FINDES and its affiliated entities’ facilities to identify root causes and jointly propose corrective measures with the Occupational Safety department;
* Develop and implement health initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life of FINDES and its affiliated entities’ employees;
* Prepare technical reports and opinions within the area of specialization;
* Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level upon request from the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Medicine
* Active Specialist Qualification Registration (RQE);
* Completed specialization in Occupational Medicine.

* Salary: 9\.612,00
* Weekly working hours: 20 hours
* Working schedule: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM
