It offers recruitment, selection, and people management consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate engineering and equipment manufacturing projects for the Oil & Gas segment. Act as the technical and managerial interface between internal and external areas, both in Brazil and abroad. Carry out planning, control, and monitoring of industrial projects. Analyze the company's manufacturing capability to execute projects. Support the preparation of budgets and technical proposals. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the industrialization of new products and processes.
