**Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor the financial flow of construction projects and the company. * Analyze and monitor project budgets, ensuring compliance with the planned budget. * Perform journal entries, cost classification, and cost allocation by cost center/project. * Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses. * Forecast future costs, analyze variances, and conduct feasibility studies. * Ensure financial alignment with the company’s overall strategy. * Support controlling processes, financial analysis, and budget monitoring. Requirements: * Specialization in Financial Controlling. * Advanced Excel (mandatory). * Experience in financial analysis, cost management, and construction project budgeting is a plus.
