The Construction Manager is primarily responsible for delivering the project under their leadership, directly accountable for schedule, cost, quality, safety, site organization, and client satisfaction. We are not seeking merely a technical executor—we seek a performance manager. **JOB MISSION** Plan, execute, control, and deliver construction projects with high technical and financial performance, ensuring profitability, predictability, and operational excellence. **KEY RESULT DELIVERY AREAS** Schedule Strict adherence to physical schedule Cost Budgetary control and margin assurance Quality Execution in accordance with design documents and technical specifications Safety Full compliance with regulations and zero serious accidents Site Organization Functional, clean, and productive site layout Client Relationship Strategic communication and high client satisfaction **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Lead comprehensive technical, operational, and financial management of the project. Develop and implement an action plan and executive strategy. Coordinate internal and subcontracted teams. Integrate the project with Planning, Procurement, Estimating, and Finance departments. Lead performance review meetings and decision-making sessions. Ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation. Represent the company before clients and partners. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Active registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy). Minimum 10 years’ experience managing construction projects and delivering results. Proven experience as primary responsible for project delivery. Complete hands-on experience in at least three industrial/logistics warehouse projects. Solid experience in commercial, corporate, or industrial construction projects. Experience with modern construction methods, especially steel structures. Demonstrated track record of meeting schedules and controlling costs. **RELEVANT PREFERENCES** Experience with highly complex industrial projects. Experience with ADM, EPC, or turn\-key contracts. Knowledge of Lean Construction or productivity methodologies. Prior work experience in medium- or large-sized companies within the sector.
