Administrative Manager to manage an outsourced contract at a Court of Justice, coordinating a PCD team and ensuring efficiency and compliance.

**CETEFE** is seeking an **Administrative Manager** to work under an outsourced contract with a Court of Justice, responsible for the administrative, technical, and operational management of the contract, directly coordinating a team of **PCD employees**, and ensuring process efficiency, fulfillment of contractual targets, and compliance with institutional requirements.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Manage the administrative and operational routines of the contract, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses and the Court of Justice's regulations;
* Coordinate and supervise a team composed of **PCD employees**, fostering an inclusive, accessible, and productive environment;
* Act as the interface between CETEFE, the contracting agency, and the assigned team;
* **Provide technical oversight of document management operations**, ensuring correct execution of workflows for organization, circulation, control, and archiving of documents;
* Monitor the **fulfillment of targets, deadlines, and performance indicators** established in the contract;
* Prepare managerial reports and provide information to management and the contracting agency upon request;
* Oversee onboarding, offboarding, working hour tracking, benefits administration, and other administrative routines related to the contract;
* Proactively and effectively identify and resolve operational and administrative issues.
**Requirements:**
* Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Public Management, or related fields;
* Proven experience in administrative management of outsourced contracts;
* **Strong administrative acumen**, with skills in people management, decision-making, and institutional relationship-building;
* Organizational ability, leadership, clear communication, and ethical conduct.
**Desirable:**
* Knowledge of **Brazilian Sign Language (Libras)**, given the involvement with a PCD team and the institutional context.

* Meal Allowance (VR): BRL 37.00 per working day
* Transportation Allowance (VT): BRL 198.00

Compensation: BRL 5,000.00 – BRL 7,522.62 per month
