Join our team! **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Quantify and qualify materials, equipment, and labor based on project plans. * Prepare detailed budgets, accounting for direct and indirect expenses. * Conduct market research and obtain service quotations to compile budgets. * Monitor and control costs throughout construction phases, identifying variances. * Update budgets according to project changes and market fluctuations. * Generate management reports for the leadership team. * Collaborate with engineering, architecture, procurement, and finance teams to integrate budgetary data. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Proven experience in developing and controlling budgets for civil construction projects; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in budgeting software, electronic spreadsheets (Excel), and ERP systems; * Analytical skills and attention to detail; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Proactivity and organizational skills; * Flexibility to adapt to changes and tight deadlines; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
