If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Professional responsible for ensuring the structuring, planning, approval, and control of industrial projects, focusing on technical excellence, deadline adherence, and compliance with internal standards and technical regulations. Activities are aligned with CIPM (Project Implementation and Maintenance Cycle) guidelines. **Detailed Description:** * Develop and manage the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) – Project Analytical Structure. * Develop and manage the CBS (Cost Breakdown Structure) – Cost Analytical Structure. * Project Control and Monitoring. * Use tools such as: Quilt – integrated work package management; PSM (Project Status Meeting) – conducting status meetings focused on performance and risks; PSR (Project Status Report) – preparing structured reports on physical and financial progress. * Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of supplier proposals, ensuring compliance with: Company internal standards; Applicable technical regulations; Support for Project Approval and Management. * Support the project approval process by providing: Structured data; Managerial tracking reports; and Planning and Directive Definition. * Contribute to defining scope, schedule, budget, and performance indicators. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between planning and execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. * Clear and assertive communication. * Collaborative leadership and ability to engage multidisciplinary teams. * Systemic vision and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Fluent English. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Serra/ES * Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:00 **Benefits Included in this Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gympass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
