Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for planning and delivering instructional content, conducting assessments, and monitoring student progress in Project Management courses. Key Highlights: 1. Deliver Project Management courses with a focus on both theory and practice. 2. Master Microsoft 365 tools for project management. 3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Heach's courses. Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Proven experience delivering Project Management courses, with emphasis on practices and theory. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Planner, Teams, SharePoint). * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese. * Availability to work onsite in Serra, ES. * Organizational skills to develop instructional materials and assessments. Desirable: * PMP or PRINCE2 certification. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience in remote or hybrid teaching. * Ability to create digital instructional materials. * Experience in student performance evaluation. Responsibilities and Duties: * Plan and deliver instructional content in both onsite and digital formats. * Conduct ongoing assessments and provide constructive feedback. * Monitor student progress and generate performance reports. * Continuously improve instructional materials based on feedback. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of Heach's courses.
