Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Management Instructor to plan, deliver, and enhance instructional content, with a focus on student feedback and progress monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience delivering Project Management courses. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Planner, Teams, SharePoint). 3. Ability to plan and deliver instructional content both in-person and digitally. Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Proven experience delivering Project Management courses, with emphasis on both practice and theory. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Planner, Teams, SharePoint). * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese. * Availability to work in-person in Serra, ES. * Organizational skills to develop instructional materials and assessments. Desirable: * PMP or PRINCE2 certification. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience in remote or hybrid teaching. * Ability to create digital instructional materials. * Experience in student performance evaluation. Responsibilities and Duties: * Plan and deliver instructional content in both in-person and digital formats. * Conduct ongoing assessments and provide constructive feedback. * Monitor student progress and generate performance reports. * Continuously improve instructional materials based on feedback. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of Heach's courses.
