Experiencing strong growth, the company continues its national expansion, impacting thousands of entrepreneurs across Brazil through courses, mentorships, events, and an active community. **Apply now to join this team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and prioritize the educational product backlog * Gather and analyze requirements based on data and feedback * Define and communicate the vision and strategy for programs * Translate needs into clear deliverables (user stories and features) * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, content, and technology) * Ensure alignment among stakeholders and involved departments * Monitor metrics and KPIs to support decision-making * Validate and test solutions with students (users) * Promote continuous improvements in products * Develop automations to optimize processes and deliveries **Requirements and Qualifications** **You must have:** ------------------------------------ * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Experience in educational businesses * Experience with digital products (infoproducts, online learning, or EdTech) * Experience in product management * Experience in backlog management and prioritization * Experience in metrics analysis * Experience with tools such as Hotmart and ActiveCampaign * Experience in data analysis (Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar BI tools) * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Vila Velha \- ES.
