This professional works directly on the **setup, operation, and dismantling of events**, playing a central role in transforming planning into execution. You will work closely with the **Head of Operations** and the **Planning Engineering** team, ensuring schedules, structures, and deliverables are realized in the real world. RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate the operational execution of events * Lead the setup, operation, and dismantling of event structures * Manage production, infrastructure, and service suppliers * Monitor operational schedules and ensure deadlines are met * Coordinate assembly, logistics, and production teams * Conduct technical site visits to event locations * Oversee infrastructure (power, plumbing, restrooms, access points, traffic flow) * Ensure organization of equipment and material logistics * Monitor transportation, freight, and movement of structures * Support budget control and supplier payments * Rapidly resolve operational issues during event execution * Ensure organization of production information and records REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 4 years of experience in event production * Experience with medium- or large-scale events * Hands-on experience in setting up events, trade shows, or complex productions * Experience managing suppliers and operational teams * Knowledge of event infrastructure * Knowledge of event logistics SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES * Operational organization * Ability to execute under pressure * Supplier negotiation * Management of multiple concurrent tasks * Real-time problem solving * Clear communication with teams ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Experience in trade shows or retail events * Experience in cultural production * Knowledge of scenography and structure assembly * Experience in high-attendance events
