This role involves managing procurement from suppliers and printing houses, overseeing physical inventory, and integrating with digital processes—ensuring fast delivery timelines, optimized costs, and excellence in the student experience, aligned with the company's digital and scalable business model. * Manage procurement of workbooks from suppliers and printing houses * Negotiate delivery timelines, order volumes, costs, and supply terms * Monitor physical inventory and material turnover * Plan inventory restocking based on student demand * Ensure agility in order picking, packaging, and dispatching of workbooks * Coordinate nationwide shipments, tracking delivery timelines and SLAs * Facilitate integration between physical logistics and digital operations * Monitor performance metrics (delivery time, costs, inventory levels) * Resolve logistics incidents and ensure student satisfaction * Propose continuous improvements to logistics processes * Support operational expansion to new exam categories (e.g., Police exams)
