Supporting outpatient procedures and providing direct assistance to physicians An HR consulting firm is seeking an Assistance Nurse in Vitória. Lobo Consultoria provides specialized services in corporate and strategic consulting. With an experienced team, it aims to help companies achieve their goals efficiently. **Responsibilities:** Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Commercial Activities. Providing consultative and humanized care to patients and leads (in-person, WhatsApp, phone, and digital channels). Qualifying patient needs and offering initial guidance regarding appointments, exams, and procedures. Scheduling, confirming, and managing the medical appointment calendar. Proactive follow-up with patients undergoing negotiation or treatment. Acting as a concierge, accompanying the patient throughout their entire journey at the clinic. Organized recording of all interactions in the system/CRM. Supporting front desk organization and maintaining clinic cleanliness and order. Assisting with outpatient procedures as required by the clinic. Venipuncture and blood collection. Preparing and organizing materials and supplies for procedures (e.g., PRP, BMAC, and related protocols). Organizing and sanitizing procedure rooms. Providing direct support to physicians during procedures when necessary. Delivering basic pre- and post-procedure instructions to patients. Strict adherence to safety, biosafety, and standard operating procedure (SOP) protocols. Position located in Vitória / ES. Previous experience as a Clinical Nurse, Emergency Room Nurse, ICU Nurse, or Family Health Nurse may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. **Desired Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree **Experience:** Prior experience required **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 1,750.00 * Hazard Pay Allowance * Performance-Based Bonus * Meal Voucher **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: Permanent – On-site * Schedule: Full-time * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:45 PM.
