Efficiently manage time to meet analysis deadlines, perform preventive equipment maintenance, and participate in training to enhance technical skills. Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure an integrated and effective approach to patient care. Maintain adequate stock levels of reagents, consumables, and equipment, ensuring essential resources are never unavailable for laboratory operations. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform auxiliary tasks in triage, focusing on smooth workflow; Distribute biological materials to technical areas; Retrieve biological materials from the serum bank to fulfill inclusion requests or address technical pending items; Monitor temperatures of production equipment (refrigerators and freezers); Operate automated receiving equipment by removing and organizing racks, sorting them by destination; Deliver racks containing pre-sorted biological materials to production lines; Perform sample preparation, solution preparation, controls, and reagent preparation, and replenish equipment according to specific analytical process requirements; Schedule tests, quality controls, and calibrations as needed, based on primary analysis of quality control results, to ensure analytical readiness and smooth workflow; Other duties related to the department. **We seek candidates who have:** Completed Technical Course in Clinical Analysis; Experience in technical areas; Basic Microsoft Office package.
