Job Summary: A laboratory professional responsible for patient service, collection of biological samples, organization and technical support, maintaining an organized and safe environment. Technical support for routine tests and inventory management ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Provide in-person and telephone service to patients, delivering information regarding tests, procedures, and schedules; * Collect biological samples (blood, urine, feces, etc.), following established protocols and procedures; * Organize and control the entry, exit, and storage of samples in the laboratory; * Assist in performing routine tests, supporting the technical team; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, ensuring site safety and hygiene; * Enter patient and test information into the computerized system; * Support inventory management of laboratory materials and supplies. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Clinical Analysis Technician, Complete Nursing Technician, or Laboratory Assistant; * Proficiency in blood tube collection order and venipuncture techniques; * Knowledge of authorization requirements for major health insurance plans; * Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); * Prior experience in public service and/or hospital/laboratory environments; * Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy when interacting with patients; * Ability to work in a team and adhere to procedures and protocols. ***ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:*** * DAILY SCHEDULE: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday / 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays * SALARY: R$1.824,57 Payment: R$1.824,57 per month Work Location: On-site
