Care for donors and recipients ### **Main Responsibilities:** Ensure safety, quality, and traceability throughout the entire hemotherapy cycle at the Blood Bank, guaranteeing proper collection, processing, storage, and distribution of blood components, as well as care for donors and recipients. * Perform blood component transformation procedures: irradiation, washing, leukoreduction, and aliquoting; * Support fractionation/processing of collected whole blood; * Label blood components. ### **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in **Biomedical Science**. ### **Desirable Qualifications:** * Specialization in the field and prior experience in hemotherapy. ### **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Psychological support ### **Working Hours / Shift Schedule:** * **Weekly working hours:** 36h * **Working hours:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (adjusted according to unit needs) * **Shift schedule:** 12x36 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: *Biomedical Science, Bachelor's Degree
