Work at a school recognized for professional excellence Application of theoretical knowledge Opportunity to work alongside experienced and qualified professionals Possibility of permanent employment **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: * Support administrative routines within the Human Resources department, with focus on recruitment processes, onboarding, and integration of employees; * Organization and control of employee-related documents (contracts, vacation records, benefits, among others); * Assistance in managing and controlling internal HR spreadsheets and reports; * Employee assistance and support for daily departmental demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity. **Additional Information** **\#Benefits:** Internship stipend of R$ 1100 for 5 daily hours; Wellhub (formerly Gympass); Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Participation in the ESD Continuing Education Program; Specific training programs for ESD interns.
