We are seeking a **Junior Maintenance Assistant** in **Jardim Camburi – ES** **Job Description:** The Junior Maintenance Assistant supports the maintenance team with customer service order activities. This professional performs essential functions for the organization, contributing to operational efficiency and effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities:** Support the maintenance team in organizing and managing administrative activities related to electronic security systems—including alarms, security cameras, vehicle tracking, and access control. The role’s mission is to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the processes of service order triage, opening, and closing, as well as managing commissions and other administrative tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in customer service, telephone-based customer support, and administrative routines. * Experience using Excel spreadsheets. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **What We Offer:** * CLT employment contract * Meal allowance/food voucher * Transportation voucher * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Birthday day off **We embrace diversity in our company and welcome all individuals.
