**Open position for Delivery Attendant!** We are looking for someone proactive and organized, who will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service for delivery orders and the smooth operation of deliveries. **Schedule:** Tuesday to Sunday From 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM **Main responsibilities:** * Attend to customers through delivery platforms and WhatsApp, ensuring promptness and courtesy; * Assist in packaging and dispatching orders; * Organize and monitor delivery drivers' routes, ensuring fast and accurate deliveries; * Support the team with tasks related to daily delivery operations. **Desired qualifications:** * Good communication skills and prompt customer service; * Organization and attention to detail; * Experience in customer service or delivery will be a plus.
