Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for drafting, analyzing, managing, and organizing contracts, as well as monitoring financial aspects and ensuring legal compliance. Financial and contractual deadline monitoring **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:50 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT 1\. Contract drafting and formalization * Submit to legal review when necessary 2\. Analysis and review * Verify data of involved parties * Check deadlines, values, adjustments, and obligations 3\. Signature control * Organize signature collection (physical or digital) * Track effective dates 4\. Deadline management * Monitor expirations and renewals * Control service/product delivery deadlines * Notify responsible departments of critical deadlines 5\. Financial control * Monitor contracted amounts * Verify adjustments and correction indices 6\. Filing and organization * Classify contracts by type, supplier, or validity period * Ensure easy access to information 7\. Reporting and monitoring * Prepare reports on active and expired contracts * Inform management of contractual status 8\.
