Supporting organizational growth and improving internal climate We are looking for a **Human Resources Analyst** to strategically contribute to developing and strengthening the company's people management processes. This professional will be responsible for designing and leading initiatives that support talent attraction, development, and retention, while also supporting organizational growth and enhancing internal climate. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Design and execute recruitment and selection processes for various departments. * Plan and monitor training and development activities. * Lead initiatives related to organizational climate and culture management. * Engage in strategic people management, supporting leaders in decision-making. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and HR best practices. * Interface with the Payroll Department and benefits administration. * Support activities related to CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and occupational safety. * Monitor and guide the activities of the HR Assistant. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in generalist HR functions. * Knowledge of recruitment and selection, training and development, and performance evaluation. * Familiarity with labor legislation. * Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills.
