Summary Description: Ensure the operation and delivery of engineering works under your responsibility by monitoring schedules, costs, and quality, supporting third-party contract management in alignment with established planning, aiming to meet client-negotiated objectives and goals within the company's strategic premises and procedures. Detailed Description: * Solid experience in construction safety, quality assurance, and contractor management. * Ensure the development of feasible projects, observing technical, environmental, legal, and compliance criteria, while meeting organizational objectives within scheduled timelines, costs, and according to client-contracted strategic premises. * Ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices in project management and implementation, whether by internal staff or through technical alignment of suppliers or service providers in ongoing contracts. * Monitor the progress of engineering projects in technical aspects, schedule adherence, and delivery quality, as well as contracted deliveries from external companies, through rigorous monitoring and application of project governance rules, ensuring alignment with approved contracts. * Interface with implementation leads and ensure proper handover (final delivery) by aligning premises and obtaining sign-offs (release documentation). * Define performance indicators for projects under your responsibility, monitor results, propose and implement corrective actions when necessary, aiming to achieve defined targets. * Ensure corrections of as-built documentation identified by the implementation team to guarantee project fidelity to actual execution. * Provide operational guidance to the team and distribute tasks to be performed in the area, facilitating and integrating team efforts to enhance results. * Be responsible for assigning competencies and work hours for personnel under your supervision, assessing workload demands, individual needs, and compliance with legal requirements, ensuring proper administrative handling of employment matters such as vacations, time tracking, role changes, or workplace relocation, aligned with immediate management. * Ensure all employees and/or third parties under your responsibility understand and comply with company policies and procedures, and maintain up-to-date training for operational duties as per established procedures. * Evaluate employee and candidate performance, proposing allocation, development, and management actions to better utilize competencies, retain talent, and build effective teams, aiming for sustainability, fair treatment, employee satisfaction, and organizational results. * Request HR or Risk Management to apply sanctions and penalties in cases of non-compliance with company policies and procedures. * Develop capabilities of subordinates, ensuring their participation in training events and effectiveness of succession plans for management and critical positions. * Perform operational tasks within the area when necessary, aiming to cover technical demands and train professionals for specific roles. * Lead necessary activities for project maturity, aiming to compose the following year’s project portfolio. * Act according to instructions from the contract manager/support team to ensure process standardization. 2511140202461868033
