The Senior Administrative/Financial Analyst is responsible for financial and administrative management across multiple areas, including accounting, finance, preparation of economic reports, and operational support for the rest of the team. The ideal candidate will possess solid financial management skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities: \- Full-cycle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Collections; \- Bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and issuance of Fiscal Notes/Service Orders; \- Preparation of financial reports and documentation for accounting purposes; \- Mapping and renegotiation of contracts (water, electricity, internet, suppliers) to optimize company resources; \- End-to-end management of hiring, termination, vacations, time tracking, and Occupational Health Certificates (ASO); \- Control and reloading of benefit cards; \- Support in recruitment and selection (candidate outreach); \- Vendor communication and strengthening relationships with partner agencies; \- Inventory control (office/cleaning supplies) and general procurement quotations; \- Monitoring of physical infrastructure and contracting of third-party services; \- Organization of internal events, promotional items, and commemorative dates.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Solid understanding of financial accounting practices and principles; Advanced Excel proficiency; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role; Prior leadership experience; Strong leadership skills; Advanced negotiation skills; Ability to seamlessly transition between spreadsheet tasks and equipment maintenance issue resolution; Capability to negotiate with banks, suppliers, and lawyers to secure optimal terms; Rigorous control of files, backups, deadlines, and accounting processes; Discretion and trustworthiness: You will participate in strategic meetings with senior management; Flexibility and availability; Valid driver's license.
