Collaborate with the IT team and developers on new systems Analyze and develop system projects, gather requirements, map processes, and perform data modeling to study and implement systems in accordance with business rules. Analyze the performance of deployed systems, resolve technical issues, and prepare manuals. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Examine and evaluate existing systems; * Identify system requirements; * Perform updates, bug fixes, and improvements to existing systems, ensuring they remain up-to-date and functional; * Integrate software systems with other applications and systems, ensuring interoperability and efficiency; * Interact\-with users to identify requirements and additional features; * Document interfaces between new and legacy systems; * Collaborate with the IT team and developers to build new systems; * Validate changes through program testing; * Train users on new operational systems and provide support; * Analyze and develop system projects, gather requirements, map processes, and perform data modeling to study and implement systems in accordance with business rules; * Monitor technological trends, assess new tools and frameworks, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and functionality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience with MV2000 and/or MVSOUL systems; * Intermediate knowledge of SQL; * Preferred: Currently pursuing a higher education degree in ICT fields; * Practical experience in software development and documentation.
