Responsibilities of the Position * Assist with maintenance-related service requests, including preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as new projects. * Schedule activities, ensure the proper functioning of all machinery and equipment across the company, maintain the good condition of all infrastructure at the company’s headquarters and its branches, and resolve and adjust urgent issues. * Ensure the quality and efficiency of services provided to internal customers, as well as compliance with established performance targets. Requirements Prerequisites: * Experience in building maintenance, dam conservation, or civil engineering projects will be an advantage. * Basic knowledge of general services and preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Education: * Completed elementary education. * Technical courses in maintenance or related fields (will be an advantage). Availability to work different shifts, if necessary.
