Job Summary: Professional responsible for customer service, restocking and organizing products, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and food safety in the department. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and product organization. 2. Maintenance of quality and hygiene in the department. 3. Working in a dynamic environment with attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve customers at the counter, performing weighing, cutting (where applicable), and packaging of products. * Restock merchandise in display areas (counters and refrigerated islands). * Organize products according to store standards, ensuring good presentation. * Check quality and preservation of perishable items. * Accurately price and label merchandise. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department, including counters, cold rooms, and utensils. * Assist in the proper receipt and storage of goods, following hygiene and food safety standards. Requirements: * Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays (6-day workweek schedule\). * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices. * Understanding of organization and shelf-life control. * Customer service skills, courtesy, and effective communication. * Agility and attention to detail, especially when verifying dates and product quality. * Willingness to work in refrigerated environments and perform physically demanding tasks.
