Job Summary: Responsible for operating forklifts to transport materials, organizing inventory, and participating in physical inventory counts. Key Highlights: 1. Come be strong—come be Fortbras! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate forklifts to retrieve pallets of production materials and transport them to the warehouse; * Daily operation of forklifts within the distribution center to transport various materials: remove paper rolls and packaging for storage in the warehouse or supply the production line, relocate products for dispatch or truck loading, and collect waste/scrap for disposal bins; * Operate equipment in strict compliance with local safety regulations and signage; * Maintain order and cleanliness of the equipment, request maintenance whenever necessary, assume responsibility for refueling with gas, and keep an updated log of performed services for SSMA department control; * Assist in maintaining workplace cleanliness and order by removing waste, positioning boxes and packaging, ensuring proper area organization per instructions; * Periodically participate in physical inventory counts of stock, performing item, part, component, and other stored material counts for asset control and accounting. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Mandatory forklift operator training; * Proactivity; * Attention to detail; * Organizational skills; * Teamwork; * Experience in logistics/warehouse operations is a plus.
