Control access for visitors, suppliers, and employees. Register and manage permanent and visiting vehicles. Receive, record, and forward goods and packages to the respective departments. Handle mail dispatches via postal services. Support administrative routines, document organization, and simple record preparation. Prepare budgets for internal events and support institutional initiatives promoted by the company. Enter products, services, orders, and invoices into the system. Maintain internal control spreadsheets.
