




**Responsibilities and Duties** * Open and close the store; * Perform daily financial cash closing; * Manage the sales team, training and supervising them in their activities; * Manage store products and window displays; * Maintain ongoing contact with laboratories and suppliers; * Provide customer service; * Manage, analyze, and track pending laboratory service orders; * Manage team commission reports; * Monitor KPIs related to customer service/team performance and store revenue; * Monitor the unit's eNPS to promote actions and continuous improvements in service/store operations; * Conduct monthly inventory with the administrative team. **Requirements** * Experience in team leadership; store growth and retail targets. * Knowledge of optical products (lenses, frames, lens treatments). * Understanding of ophthalmic prescriptions and lens adaptations. * Pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, or related fields. **Work Location:** * Vitória \- ES Employment type: Full-time CLT
