**POSITION SUMMARY**

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
Performance Management: KPIs, performance meetings, and strategic planning. Conduct performance review meetings, implementation plans, monitor line performance, OMP, and support production execution according to process parameters to develop initiatives that improve business results.
Safety, Health, Quality, and Sustainability Practices: Follow, engage with, and review—as needed—safety, health, and sustainability instructions; accident and incident prevention campaigns—to strengthen SHE preventive culture.
People Management: Handle hiring, terminations, administrative actions, promotions, and performance evaluations to guide employees toward meeting business needs.
**What Will Contribute to Your Success**
Required: Bachelor’s degree (Chemical Engineering, Food Science, and/or Production Engineering);
Preferred: Computer literacy;
Preferred: Intermediate English proficiency;
Preferred: Yellow Belt certification;
Preferred: Knowledge of continuous improvement tools;
Required: Minimum 1 year of prior experience leading teams, managing production systems, or working in manufacturing and/or support areas within industrial settings.
