Opportunity for team development and training We are looking for a **Facilities Supervisor** to lead a team of approximately **30 employees**, focused on cleaning and operational services. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the facilities team. * Ensure execution of cleaning routines according to established standards. * Assign tasks, monitor schedules and performance outcomes. * Guide, train, and develop the team. * Maintain organization, hygiene, and service quality. * Directly support operations and management. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **team supervision or leadership**; * Experience in facilities or cleaning services; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and leadership ability; * Good personal presentation; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and accountability. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 22 per day * Transportation allowance **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (desirable). * Valid driver's license (desirable).
