The professional will be responsible for ensuring systems are implemented with excellence, training teams, and supporting customers in nursing, pharmacy, billing, and reception departments. **About the Company:** Datasigh is an innovative technology company specializing in clinic and hospital management solutions. We are looking for dynamic and committed professionals to join our team. **Responsibilities** * Implement the system at client sites according to the defined schedule * Train users in nursing, pharmacy, billing, and reception departments * Conduct process analysis and system configuration * Provide technical support during and after implementation * Document configurations and log incidents * Support internal teams in continuous process improvement **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Technical Support, Healthcare, or Systems Implementation * Strong communication skills and ability to train people * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Willingness to travel to client sites * Proficiency with technology and computerized systems **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in clinics or hospitals (nursing, pharmacy, billing, or reception) + Experience implementing healthcare information systems (HIS/PEP) Knowledge of TISS/TUSS billing standards +**What We Offer** + CLT employment contract + Meal allowance + Transportation allowance + Health insurance + Commission
