LEHUA is looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our store and bring our lifestyle to customers. * Role Mission Your mission is to convey the brand’s values to customers through disciplined management, ensuring a motivated team and achieved targets. * Your Responsibilities Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop the team (with emphasis on consultative service). Sales Management: Focus on achieving targets by monitoring KPIs (Average Transaction Value, Items per Transaction, and Conversion Rate). Operations: Inventory management, cash reconciliation, and goods receipt. Visual Merchandising: Support store organization to ensure the LEHUA brand identity is reflected in every display rack. * What You Need: Completed high school education (mandatory). Experience in fashion retail management (a plus). Clear, empathetic communication skills and strong proactivity. Resilience to work under pressure and toward targets. Full availability for shopping mall hours (rotating 6x1 schedule). * General Information Type: Full-time CLT employment. Compensation: Base salary \+ commission based on targets.
