Our purpose is to transform every interaction into a unique experience — connecting people, inspiring stories, and cultivating relationships built on trust. **What You’ll Do** As a Store Receptionist, you’ll be the first smile customers see upon entering the store! Your role will be to welcome, direct, and ensure every store visit is a positive experience. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and direct customers inside the store; * Manage the service queue and ensure efficiency; * Assist the sales team with daily tasks; * Perform simple system registrations and verifications; * Support marketing and relationship-building activities at the shopping center. * Support sales during high-traffic periods in the store **What We Expect From You** * Strong communication skills and friendliness are essential! * Completed high school education; * Comfort with technology and public-facing service; * Proactivity, organization, and a positive attitude; * Availability to work during shopping center hours. **What We Offer** * Fixed salary of R$1,537; * Performance-based commission tied to store results; * Transportation allowance and meal/food allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Gympass (Wellhub); * Transportation allowance Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.650,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
