The main responsibility will be to supervise, manage, and optimize production lines to ensure maximum operationality and efficiency. The position involves fault detection, diagnosis, and repair, ensuring proper operation of all machinery and facilities. Preventive and corrective maintenance tasks will also be performed, always aiming to minimize downtime and optimize resources. Involvement in improving production processes and reducing costs will be a key part of daily responsibilities. A proactive and methodical attitude toward assembly and disassembly of components, with clear goal orientation, will be highly valued. Vocational Training FP2 or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in technical fields (Mechanics/Mechatronics). Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in mechanical work involving machines or automated stations. Ability to interpret technical drawings and handle technical documentation. Solid knowledge of welding, bearings, gears, pneumatics, hydraulics, and materials. Proficiency in using hand tools. Methodical and organized individual. Advanced knowledge of pure mechanics (gears, belts, transmissions, lubricants, guides, etc.).
