To join our team, you must have passion in your eyes and determination to help us make a difference in people’s lives. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or technical degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields). **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to integrators; * Assist with warranty exchange requests to manufacturers; * Support post-sales reverse logistics; * Open service tickets in Movidesk; * Filter and monitor newly opened service requests; * Support equipment evaluation and maintenance; * Support preparation of equipment test reports; * Support development of technical drawings and/or technical documentation.
