Job Summary: Performs general, preventive, and corrective maintenance in building, mechanical, and conservation areas, ensuring asset organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety, organization, and preservation of assets **Responsibilities** Perform general, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities in building, mechanical, and conservation areas. Carry out minor repairs to electrical and hydraulic installations, walls, floors, and painting. Perform maintenance on doors, windows, and building structures. Perform basic preventive and corrective electromechanical maintenance on machines, equipment, tools, and containers. Provide carpentry and joinery services, including furniture repairs, assembly, and adjustments, as well as shelving and wooden structures. Perform general conservation services, including cleaning, organizing, and sweeping of the yard, warehouse, and storeroom. Ensure safety, organization, and preservation of company assets. **Requirements** Experience in building maintenance and general services. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs. Fundamental understanding of electromechanical maintenance. Knowledge of carpentry and joinery. **Skills** Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to workplace safety and environmental conservation.
