Job Summary: Responsible for performing general, preventive, and corrective maintenance in building, mechanical, and conservation areas, carrying out repairs and safeguarding company assets. Proactivity, organization, and commitment to safety **Responsibilities** Perform general, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities in building, mechanical, and conservation areas. Carry out minor repairs on electrical and plumbing installations, walls, floors, and paintwork. Perform maintenance on doors, windows, and building structures. Perform basic preventive and corrective electromechanical maintenance on machines, equipment, tools, and containers. Perform carpentry and joinery services, such as furniture repairs, assembly, and adjustments, as well as shelving and wooden structures. Carry out general conservation services, including cleaning, organizing, and sweeping the yard, warehouse, and storeroom. Ensure safety, organization, and preservation of company assets. **Requirements** Experience in building maintenance and general services. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs. Familiarity with electromechanical maintenance. Knowledge of carpentry and joinery. **Skills** Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Organization and attention to detail. Commitment to workplace safety and environmental conservation.
