Job Summary: The Coutinho Group is seeking a Data Analyst to design and maintain data pipelines, model and process data, and collaborate with business teams. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborating with business, marketing, and technology teams The Coutinho Group (Extrabom, Extraplus, and Atacado Vem retail networks) — one of the largest food retail companies in Espírito Santo, operating 49 stores and experiencing continuous growth — is seeking a Data Analyst. Responsibilities: * Design and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Data Flow, and Azure Data Lake. * Work with Microsoft Fabric, including Direct Lake and Direct Query, to optimize data consumption in Power BI. * Model data across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers, applying sound data architecture best practices. * Develop notebooks using PySpark and SparkSQL for distributed data processing. * Perform queries and data manipulations on SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and standard SQL databases. * Integrate data from external sources via REST APIs and tools such as GA4, Meta Analytics, CleverTap, and Rudderstack. * Collaborate with business, marketing, and technology teams to understand requirements and propose data solutions. Requirements: * Practical experience with Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, Data Flow, and Microsoft Fabric. * Proficiency in PySpark, SparkSQL, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). * Knowledge of marketing analytics tools: GA4, Meta Analytics, CleverTap, Rudderstack. * Experience integrating data via REST APIs. * Hands-on experience with multi-layer data modeling (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). * Proficiency in Power BI, including Direct Lake and Direct Query. * Ability to work with large-scale datasets and optimize query performance.
