Ensuring process standardization and compliance We seek a professional to manage and strengthen the Quality Management System, ensuring process standardization, indicator monitoring, document control, oversight of audits and mandatory committees, as well as providing support to clinical and administrative departments, with the objective of achieving continuous improvement, patient safety, and compliance with institutional, legal, and regulatory standards. REQUIREMENTS \- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, administration, or production engineering; \- Knowledge of accreditation processes (ONA and Qmentum); \- Proficiency in Google Workspace; \- Knowledge of Quality Indicators; \- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, Excel, LibreOffice); \- Experience creating Process Maps using Vizage or Visio software; \- Availability to work Monday through Friday. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS \- Postgraduate degree or professional development course in Quality is desirable; WORK LOCATION \- Vitória Apart Hospital, Serra \- ES Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$0.02 \- R$0.03 per month Work Mode: On-site
