Ensure product presentation and quality in the sales area. Control inventory using the PEPS/FIFO method and daily production through Production Orders. Analyze losses and manage product turnover, ensuring proper restocking on shelves. Develop work schedules and employee time-off plans. Maintain constant oversight of operations, including queue flow, layout, cleanliness, and product presentation. Supervise customer orders and coordinate with production to fulfill these requests. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and guide team training. Lead internal meetings for planning and communication. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Management experience; * Flexible availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule; * Supermarket experience is a plus.
