**Job Mission:** Provide strategic support to commercial activities, ensuring efficiency in the surgical receiving process and post-procedure follow-up. Ensure all steps are conducted in a standardized, efficient, and directorate-aligned manner, contributing to strengthened sales, improved customer service quality, and compliance with institutional processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate operational routines, ensuring appropriate internal process flow and support to administrative, commercial, and logistics departments.
* Plan procurement and replenishment by monitoring inventory levels, material turnover, and operational needs.
* Conduct market analyses, negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings, better cost-benefit ratios, and operational sustainability.
* Oversee inventory management, ensuring alignment between physical and system inventory.
* Lead continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
* Monitor KPIs, targets, SLAs, and performance indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
* Consolidate strategic billing and performance data for suppliers and management.
* Develop the team through supervision, feedback, and activity guidance.
**Academic Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Hospital Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related fields.
* Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred in Hospital Management, Process Management, or Administration.
**Professional Experience**
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in related roles.
* Experience coordinating operational teams in healthcare, hospitals, or OPME companies.
**Technical Knowledge**
* Hospital billing processes and OPME management.
* Medical claims auditing.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Process management (Lean, continuous improvement).
* Hospital and billing systems.
* Negotiation with health insurance providers.
