### **About the Role**
The **Marketing Coordinator** at Mobilli will be responsible for fully managing the company's marketing operations, acting both strategically and practically (“hands-on”). This professional will lead internal teams and third-party partners, ensuring consistent generation of qualified leads, brand strengthening, and fostering an active commercial environment—both across digital channels and in physical stores.
### **Responsibilities**
* Manage the internal marketing team and third-party vendors, ensuring alignment and delivery quality.
* Develop, motivate, and monitor individual and collective team performance.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs—including lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, ROI, and channel performance.
* Evaluate and adjust or replace vendors and resources as needed.
* Plan and execute commercial campaigns and internal initiatives to keep the physical store active and highly sales-driven.
* Plan and execute internal marketing activities to strengthen internal communication and team engagement.
* Monitor lead generation and allocate investments toward top-performing campaigns and channels.
* Manage paid traffic jointly with vendors, ensuring continuous campaign and investment optimization.
* Propose and participate in events, external initiatives, and brand activations.
* Strengthen Mobilli’s brand presence in the digital space and in offline activities.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing-sales alignment.
### **Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Prior experience in marketing coordination or management.
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and metrics.
* Experience managing vendors and partners.
* Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and results orientation.
* Hands-on approach, with willingness to engage directly in day-to-day operations.
