Request adjustments to support continuous improvement of departments Description: We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team! If you are analytical, comfortable working with numbers, organized, disciplined, and possess strong problem-solving skills, this opportunity is for you. Main Responsibilities: * Authorize accounting and tax entries in accordance with company policies; * Approve accounting/tax and financial closing procedures; * Validate information presented during audits, interdepartmental meetings, and performance analyses; * Request process, system, and resource adjustments aimed at continuous improvement of areas under your responsibility; * Assist in controlling and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable; Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Financial Management, or Taxation is desirable; * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas); * Familiarity with ERP systems (Sankhya is a plus); * Knowledge of tax documents; * Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation; * Ability to work under deadlines and handle large volumes of information; * Experience in the field and/or role.
